How to tighten your vagina

How To Make Your Vagina Tighter

Believe it or not this is a very popular googled question. Women all over the world are asking this exact question. A loose vagina can wreck your physical sex life, and your sexual confidence. There is a huge amount of information out there discussing methods for tightening your vagina but do they really work? I’m going to share three tips with you guys that definitely will have your vagina tighter than ever.

  1. The first thing that pops up on google when you type in how to make your vagina tighter is to do your Kegel exercises. And this is very much true. Kegel exercises are without a doubt the best way to work on the tightness of your vagina. Kegels don’t work directly on your vagina but rather on your pelvic floor muscles. Having a healthy and strong pelvic muscle makes for a tighter vagina and stronger orgasms. Kegels are easy to do, you simply clench and tighten the muscles of your pelvic floor, hold for ten seconds or so then release and repeat. You can do kegels literally anywhere, at home, at work, watching T.V, and you can even kegel while having intercourse. 😉
  2. This next one is going to seem a little weird, but it is very much beneficial for the tightness of the vagina and that is Vinegar. Yes, you read that right vinegar. Bathe in a mix of vinegar and water, or even drink it. When it comes to drinking, rather than traditional vinegar, this is usually done with apple cider vinegar. Vinegar in general has properties and acids which will naturally cause your skin to tighten. Please be aware that vinegar is super acidic and should not be used excessively whether and you are drinking or soaking in it.
  3. Aloe Vera has a large number of regenerative properties for your muscles. You apply it by scooping the gel out of a fresh aloe vera leaf, two tablespoons will usually do the trick and apply this to the external and internal parts of the vagina regularly.

You’re welcome ladies. 🙂 Wishing you all a happy healthy sex life.
